Slip 'N Slide

Do they really work? Yes, I found out that if you don't live within the city limit that public water is accessible, forget about buying one. We have a home version pressure tank and this thing did not work the way it supposed to.
Oh, and if you don't have the perfect even ground, it will not work either. I wonder whose perfect world this thing was made for? Not mine for sure. My children only used it until we got our swimming pool cleaned. After that, it's now sitting in my garage and collecting dust.

Some Updates

DD had her doll for a few weeks now, and she doesn't carry it anywhere that much. It mostly stays in her bedroom right now. Remember when I said that her doll does not say certain words that it supposed to say? Yup, turned out that the hand should be positioned in the certain way, it blows kisses and say "love you" too.

Our
natural toothpaste is almost gone. ODS is using it as mush as he uses the toothpaste with fluoride, and I specifically told him not to use too much. Even with a little in the brush it works as if you put more than enough. Teenagers are very hard to be scold these days. They think they know everything, I can't wait for him to finish college and have to buy his own stuff to use. We'll see how he likes it when he is spending his hard earn money. I can't wait for it.

My cup is working well with me. I am now a pro in using it. You may not know what I am talking about. However, you can read my very first post about the cup, and the first update on how it was doing here.

Chou Chou Baby Doll

The children received a nice amount of cash for Christmas and here is what DD bought haft of her money. We got it for $24.99 at Amazon, when you buy a product that is $25 or more you get a free shipping. And since we needed more head set, I got one for the kids and got a free shipping from Amazon.

This doll came in today via UPS. (DH like our UPS delivery man.) DD had been tracking it since it left Arizona last week. I did not ask them to do some lessons today because I woke up late, and I don't like starting with the lessons late. Plus, today it is supposed to be a holiday.
Bye bye Chou Chou1DD has not put this doll down since we took it out of the box. She's been wanting this doll for about 3 years now, and every time we wanted to buy it the stores around us don't have it. This time with her help (suggested to buy it online) we bought it online. However, this one is supposed to blow kisses too, but it's not working.

It does say farewell phrases but no kisses. Maybe we need to open it up and see if there is another button to push for that feature. It is rated 10 by DD and over all she loves it. She pretend to be a mom already. Her future husband would be so proud of her. And hopefully she will find a husband that loves kids as she does. There is always me to help her with it...lol.
Bye bye Chou Chou2

Safari Photo Shoots Game

This was given to my Kindergartner from his grandparents. What happened to regular shooting game? Oh that, they don't want to teach the kids to shoot animals for fun. When you teach your children the correct way, they would see it when they grow up that killing animals for fun is not right. They learn from the adult around them. And those people who are very religious, but after church services, they do things that they are not supposed to, yeah, a very good example to learn from.

Safari Photo Shoots Game

By the way, they already pulled some of the animals out. This is a pretty boring game for any of my kids. I am glad it's almost done, I can't wait to put that thing in the garbage. Mind you, they got it on Sunday. Their grandparents finally made it for Christmas gathering.

EyeClops Night Vision

We bought two of this for the two older boys. My FIL actually wanted to buy another two for our youngest and only DD, but we opt not to. They just need to learn how to share their toys. It works the way they say it works. The only thing we don't like as parents about it is, the rubber attachment comes off very easy, it's very light that when someone dropped it, we think it will burst into so many pieces. It takes small batteries meaning we need to change it often, we wish they could have put a 9 volt or D batteries instead. And lastly, the fact that we can never anything that is made in our own country anymore.

EyeClops Night Vision
It's a toy, kids love playing with it when they turn off all the light in the house and walking in the dark with it. We wish to be made so far away that they would even make it hard to brake and last longer. I guess everything now is very easy to brake to collect more money from consumers. Yes, we should not buy anything we don't want, but for the price of $50, our kids smile are priceless and we already got what it's worth from their smiles.
