Announcing...

Nothing really special, I just wanted to let you all know that my EC widget is open again for adverts. Starting tonight actually, I will turn the widget on before going to bed and you can place your ads.

I will approve all ads on 10/4 next week. I am hoping the price will not go up until I approve them all. Just for 2ec a day, I can even send you back the 2ec if you like. Wishing and hoping that the price will stay the same the whole week if I don't approve any ads until the said date above. However, someone told me that it may. We will see I guess.

BTW, I am doing this because I don't really need any EC credits these days. I wanted to pay a tribute to my hard dropping visitors, who in my opinion deserve more. EC can put their ads on any blog without paying and I am trying to do the same (well mine cost 2ec). If you have multiple EC cards bring it here, and it will be added to the list.

Mr. Coffee Maker

Like everything else these days, nothing last the way we expect them to be. We are on our third one of this product. Last year we got one around winter and it lasted until May. We got one in June and it lasted until early this month. We use it everyday and when we have company we have to brew two or three times a day. Which by the way not very often. My PIL comes once a week if they are not doing anything and sometimes never if they are busy.

On the weekend you can be sure that we brew at least twice. I know they are not very expensive but I hoping for this thing to last at least a year. Maybe the price is only good 3 months and if we want something to last a year we need to buy four times the amount of this one. I wish I am an engineer and I can easily whip one of things we need at home. Yes, that and a farmer, a doctor and a lawyer and we are all set...lol. Yes that would be nice.

KVM Switch

We got this before my DD started school last week (Tuesday). They love to play games on the computers and since we have a limited space we need to improvise. Just like the image above we have 2 computer towers in one monitor, one mouse, one keyboard and speaker.

With a push of a button they can switch from school computer to home computer. They are not allowed to put anything in the school computer, well I don't blame them. This is really great if you have multiple computers you are using for something and have a limited space. Let me tell you, it will keep our classroom warm this winter for sure.

EC Widget

My EC widget can be found lower in my left side bar now. I will drop to those who drop on here and will stop approving ads altogether. If anyone know how to disable the ad part please let me know. I know joining the community is free but taking advantage of hard dropping people by taking away portion of the ad price I think is wrong.
